Taekwondo not only cultivates practitioners’ upright character through vigorous mind-body training but also provides excellent technical training for self-defence.

ABOUT BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
Derived from Japanese Judo, BJJ is a ground fighting martial art based on grappling. Many BJJ techniques focus on forcing the competitor into submission by overpowering and applying different skills including, but not limited to, twisting and choking.
ABOUT JUDO
Judo is a Japanese martial art from the Meiji Era, incorporating various traditional techniques into a single style. Traditionally a shoeless sport, athletes use their bare hands and feet to throw their opponent to the ground without striking them, or pin their upper body to the ground. Other techniques include choking and twisting joints to apply pain and subdue the opponent.
ABOUT WRESTLING
Wrestling is a grappling sport with origins in Ancient Greece, which involves throwing, taking down, and pinning an opponent to the ground. Athletes must find and maintain their advantage and aim to keep their opponent’s shoulder on the ground for at least 2 seconds to count as a Fall, or receive points with various techniques.
